1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CraftUI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CraftUI is an AI-powered design platform that generates web and mobile UI layouts (dashboards, landing pages, mobile apps) styled with Tailwind CSS utility classes and clean HTML5 code.

3. API Key Integration (BYOK)

CraftUI provides a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) mode allowing you to use your Google Gemini API key to query generative models. By integrating your API key:

• You agree that the key remains securely stored locally in your browser session or dashboard.
• You are solely responsible for all usage charges, rate limits, and compliance with Google's API Terms of Service.
• CraftUI is not liable for key leakage resulting from device insecurity or compromised credentials.

4. Generated Code Ownership

You own all intellectual property rights to the layouts and HTML/Tailwind CSS code generated through CraftUI. We do not claim any ownership over your creations. However, we make no representation that the AI-generated code is unique or free from potential third-party patent/copyright claims. Use generated code in production at your own discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CraftUI to generate harmful, offensive, illegal, or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards or attempt to exploit/ddos our compilation endpoints.

6. Limitation of Liability

CraftUI is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or 100% accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftUI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delhi, India.
